Members can access the member portal here.

Monitor

Monitor for the unexpected.

Your membership includes CAPAdvantage™, a market-leading 24/7 global tracking and incident response platform.

MyTrac™ offers real-time monitoring, incident management and emergency assistance.

As a member, you will receive:

  • Alerts and updates if a crisis event, such as a terrorist incident or natural disaster, arises or develops close to you. Or you can choose to receive alerts for certain countries.
  • Access to our 24/7 Crisis Response Centre for advice and assistance from specialists in law enforcement, elite military, intelligence and emergency medicine.

Our specialist team can provide you with advice about your safety and dealing with government authorities. We will also transmit urgent messages to consulates and a member’s family and friends. You can access interpreters, as well as get referrals to local legal and medical specialists. If you lose your passport, travel documents or credit cards, we can assist you to replace them.

Crisis Defend members can also access our medical advisory services. We can assist members and their families to understand, monitor and coordinate a member’s emergency medical care needs. We can also assist with the coordination of medical bill payments, transportation of medical supplies and records, and the filing of travel and health insurance claims.

Secure

Secure against the unexpected.

If you are in danger, we will quickly work out the best course of action to ensure your safety.

Our team includes over 5,000 proprietary and vetted on-the-ground, multi-lingual, crisis response specialists. They come from diverse backgrounds in law enforcement, elite military, intelligence, medical and healthcare. Once deployed, their job is to bring our members and their families to safety.

In the event of terrorist incidents, natural disasters and pandemics, we may deploy our response teams to assist members to safely shelter in place or to evacuate by land, sea or air.

If you are the subject of a hijacking, kidnap, wrongful detention, blackmail or extortion we may deploy on-the-ground specialists to:

  • Assist with the negotiation of your release
  • Deal with law enforcement authorities
  • Assist in investigations
  • Support search and rescue efforts
  • Protect and evacuate your children.

Crisis Defend members may also access to medical transportation and evacuation services. If you are hospitalised, we may arrange for evacuation of your children (if needed), a hospital visit by family or friends, and once your condition permits, repatriation by commercial medical aircraft.
